As you may have already heard, there are currently some problems with the ventilation in the halls in the sports center. Therefore, we are not allowed to train inside until it is fixed. We still want to offer trainings, so in week 38 we will organize open trainings outside, next to the U-track and the outdoor gym! (https://goo.gl/maps/Ed5r76EYSJPU3dL58)
The trainer will be present so feel free to ask for tips. Don’t worry about the dark, the lighting next to the U-track will be put on by the SportsCenter.
We’re sticking to 2 trainings each day:
– Monday 14 September 18:30 – 19:45
– Monday 14 September 19:45 – 21:00
– Wednesday 16 September 18:30 – 19:45
– Wednesday 16 September 19:45 – 21:00
We’ll set up the Airtrack for jumping and tricks, take the ‘mini-parallel bars’ for handstands and the ‘mushroom’ outside. Next to that we’ll be able to do some exercises in and around the outdoor gym.
Since it’s outside, there will be no limit on the amount of people which are allowed to be present. So also if you didn’t have the chance to sign up for the regular open trainings before, you can join! Please let us know beforehand by filling in the following form below, so we can get an indication.
The situation in the sports center is still quite unsure, so we do not know yet when we can train inside again. At the end of next week we’ll post another update and sign up form about the location (inside or outside) of the open trainings of the week after.
